STARS Association based in Lausanne, Switzerland is an online portal to support families with families and individuals with Autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions and creating opportunities for them.

This Website is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, please do not provide any information on this Website.

For example, we will payment information for 2 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses. The Contact Form data is stored for 2 years. Unsubscribed data from newsletter subscriptions will be deleted every 3 months.

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive information about the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. We only use the payment gateways provided by Wix on this website i.e. Credit Cards, TWINT and Paypal. All data processing and storage are done by the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
